Terms & Condition

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking to avoid charges.

  • Cancellation Fees: Cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

  • Rescheduling: Requests are subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of 20% may apply.

  • No-Shows: Failure to show up without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the total booking amount.

2. Payment Terms:

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.. Full payment must be made before or on the day of the booking.

  • Additional Costs: Any additional services (e.g., extra studio time, special equipment) will be billed separately.

 

3. Studio Policies:

  • Usage Guidelines: The studio must be used in accordance with our guidelines. No loud or disruptive behavior is allowed. The studio is to be left in the same condition as it was found.

  • Equipment Handling: All equipment must be handled with care. Users are responsible for any damage or loss incurred during their session. Any damage will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

  • Food and Drink: No food or drinks allowed near equipment.

  • Guests: Only the amount of guest declared in the booking are allowed in the studio unless prior permission is granted.

  • Confidentiality: All sessions and content produced are confidential.

  • Storage: Studio computer will be reset at the end of each day. It is imperative that you use your own cloud storage or bring your own device.

4. Liability:

  • Damage to Personal Property: The studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought into the studio.

  • Injuries: Users are responsible for their own safety. The studio is not liable for any injuries sustained during a session.

 

5. Force Majeure:

  • Unforeseeable Events: The studio is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or power outages.

 

6. Modifications:

  • Changes to Terms: The studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated to clients prior to their next booking.
